Call for applications – International conferences travel support

The Haifa Center for Mediterranean History (HCMH) is offering travel grants (up to a 500$ stipend) to PhD candidates for their active participation in conferences abroad.
Students eligible for this grant are stage two PhD candidates enrolled at the University of Haifa who have yet to receive the center’s support.

Applicants are requested to send the following information:
– Title and abstract of the conference’s presentation
– Name, date/s, and location of the conference
– Conference’s program including the applicant’s name and lecture title
– Dissertation abstract (up to 300 words)

Please send all the information in a PDF format to Ms. Ornit Tsoury, HCMH administrator, at hcmh@univ.haifa.ac.il at least a month before the relevant conference.
